Chocolate starts with a story

EXPLORING THAI CACAO FROM FARM TO CHOCOLATE

WHERE IT STARTED

A journey that began in Thailand

My interest in Thai cacao began years ago, visiting growers, learning how cacao is cultivated and seeing first-hand what Thailand could produce.

What started as curiosity became something much bigger — growing cacao, experimenting with fermentation and chocolate making, and exploring cacao regions across the country.

BACK TO THE SOURCE

This November I’m going back to Thailand to visit cacao farms, meet growers and find out what’s happening across the country.

I’ll be documenting what I find: the farms, the people, the cacao and the stories behind them.
