This is easily the best grinding machine for home or small business bean to bar chocolate makers. You can make up to 2l of chocolate and it grinds and conches chocolate all at the same time. I have been using this machine for over a year and a half now and have had no problems whatsoever. You can see me using it throughout my blog.

ChocoVision Revolation V Chocolate Tempering Machine, 9 lb. Capacity

The ChocoVision tempering machine is probably the savior for so many chocolate makers and chocolatiers. It is the best tempering machine on the market but doesn’t come cheap. If anyone is interested in starting a business than they will find this machine invaluable. Of course, anyone on a lower budget can temper chocolate in many ways which are explained in some of my articles.

This is such a good thermometer for tempering chocolate. All you have to do is point the red laser and get an accurate reading.

Tempering chocolate is so easy with this tool and will save you spending lots of money on a tempering machine.

Anova Culinary Sous Vide Precision Cooker

In relation to chocolate, I am recommending this tool to make cocoa butter silk. Cocoa butter silk is tempered cocoa butter that you add to chocolate in small amounts to temper it.

LIPAVI Sous Vide Container

This is a container to use with the sous vide. Make sure the cocoa butter is in a watertight container when tempering it.
